Coverage: This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
Warranty Service: If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will either (1) repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
- Normal wear and tear or aging of the product.
- Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
